Recompiled
OpenPhantom
PC OpenPhantom running on PC through recompiled. Free and complete.
How this port works
This is a static recompilation: tooling mechanically translates the original console binary into PC code rather than rewriting the game by hand. The result runs natively, typically with an uncapped framerate and widescreen.
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace (1999) PC modernized with online co-op multiplayer for up to 4 players. Play on Windows 10/11, Steam Deck and Proton with a modern installer, widescreen and ultrawide support, uncapped FPS, FOV fixes, improved controls, restored music and video, engine reimplementation and modding tools.
